FIBREE is the leading global network for exchanging knowledge between the real estate industry, the IT sector and blockchain technology. As preseident I am leading the global organization. FIBREE also offers consultancy services, carried out by experts from its network. In the latter capacity I have personally been involved as project- or process manager in multiple projects at the intersection of real estate, invest/finance, digitalisation, ESG-impact and strategy. As a Projectmanager or Procesmanager, some of my recent reference projects are: ▪ Dutch Ministry of Interior: Project & process manager for development of an (inter)national applicable Unique Object Identifier (UOI) concept for the built environment. ▪ IBA’27 Stuttgart: Project & process manager for the development of a regional circular economy platform for trading reusable construction materials and education. ▪ Stekademy / DeWaardefabriek: Strategic advisor to social housing corporations in the Netherlands. Involved in several collaborative impact-projects, including ‘PlaformCorperatie’, 'Living-As-A-Service’; ▪ Windesheim University of Applied Sciences: Programme design & lecturer at a new joint minor blockchain study programme; ▪ CARE 2050: Project and process manager for the Horizon 2020 application of a pan-European project consortium of various public and private parties around Building renovations and ESG data-integration; ▪ UK Circular Economy Consortium (ARUP / Ellen McArthur Foundation / Tata steel / RICS / Cardiff University): Project manager for the integration of a blockchain- and UOI-based digital building material passport in a proof of concept for circular station expansion as a result of a railway upgrade in the UK; ▪ Blyver / Radboud: Project- and process management to the business development of two different real estate tokenization-start-ups, both aiming in their own way to enable fragmented real estate investment solutions for consumers with the particular focus on ESG and SFDR; Minder weergeven

At ReCheck we are developing the Green Box, a Digital Building Logbook that aggregates, normalizes and secures online and offline data about buildings and facilitates building owners to keep essential information together in one secure digitl place. From their it can be shared in a controled way with any third party. As a CCO I am responsible for the Product management from Real Estate perspectve and connecting it to the different markets in Europe. At the moment we are focusing on the commercial Real Estate market in the netherlands. At ReCheck, our aim is to structure and keep data and essential information with the building and update it along its entire live cycle, and let the owner be in full control of his own data. We believe that due to the increased attention to ESG /CSRD / SFDR and disclosure needs, structured data aggregation, insights-providing and sharing will become of strategic value for real estate owners. Therefore we are developing this digital building logbook to enable every building owner to collect and keep essential information about his building(s) stored at one secure place that he can control, where it currently is stored in differend siloed platforms and databases where the owner cannot control it. With blockchain the incomming data will be verified.
