Life is about learning and taking new challenges. I have been at EY for over 30 years, during this time I have held a number of leadership roles at regional, area and global levels whilst also serving global priority audit accounts, with a special focus on retail and consumer products for the past 20 years. From 2016-2020, I led the innovation roadmap for EY Assurance and was instrumental in piloting the very first client innovation sessions, pioneering emerging solutions around analytics, AI and Blockchain. I have been at the forefront of using AI within our audit technology, with promising opportunities on risk assessment and audit strategy. In addition to this entrepreneurial spirit, I enjoy deepening my knowledge in megatrends such as completing the Insead / EY Sustainable Finance Programme. I am constantly looking at the horizon and pushing the boundaries in shaping the profession relating to client experience and value, service delivery, data and technology, and talent. I don’t do this alone. I lead an acceleration platform for transformation - a group of like-minded partners, who use their first-hand knowledge and experience of issues and challenges faced by our clients and the wider market to influence the design and drive the implementation at scale of new ideas that will continue to help to build trust, confidence and long-term value.
