I worked as an independent consultant operating in the intersection of cryptocurrency security, scalability and interoperability. Past projects I consulted with include: Loom Network: Developed the Plasma Cash protocol, engineered a Tendermint sidechain and multisig communication with Ethereum Interledger: Developed the Interledger Protocol implementation in Rust Keep Network: Architected the cryptoeconomics behind the TBTC mechanism for trust minimized interoperability of Bitcoin with Ethereum Aragon: Audited the Solidity codebase of the Aragon Court Celo: Built a recursive SNARK prover and verifier for Celo’s Ultralight-sync mode, optimized Celo’s Proof of Stake rewards mechanism

Lead Researcher

Led teams which created the Loom Dashboard, Transfer Gateway, Delegated Proof of Stake and Plasma projects. - Implemented Delegated Proof of Stake on top of Tendermint - Implemented smart contracts which secured over $14,000,000 - Developed the first complete implementation of Plasma Cash compatible with Ether, ERC20 and ERC721 Tokens (https://github.com/loomnetwork/plasma-cash) - Authored a reference paper on Plasma Cash (https://github.com/loomnetwork/plasma-paper) which was presented at MIT Bitcoin Expo, Stanford Blockchain Conference (formerly BPASE) and Devcon4.
