Empowering tens of millions SMEs in SEA through revolutionary HR and People Ops Tech StafBook was born due to the founders' experience in serving SMEs and also managing their own business. Managing people while also juggling with day-to-day operations have always been a challenge. From there, we built an MVP that help SMEs to simplify payroll and attendance As we grow, we aim to help SMEs automate their payroll and attendance, while also helping them digitalizing several relatable admin and ops processes. Automation and digitalization have been one of primary advices given during my tenure as Consultant, and we, at StafBook, believe that it is true. We experienced transforming SMEs with people-tech and the impact we give with technology is real. The owner and also employees can focus on the core business, while we take care of the admin part of managing people. Moving forwards, we aim to help more and more SMEs in Indonesia, then SEA. We are hoping to give more impact to economy with technology.
