• Lead a team of 20 brilliant product managers, product designers and UX Writers in building a product-led growth (PLG) B2B SaaS customer communication management (CCM) platform. • Grew MRR by at least 300% since joining by launching acquisition, activation, and retention-driving features for +4,000 monthly active organizations and +30,000 monthly active users of respond.io. • Led the Product Team to launch +60 features and solutions (via Product Requirement Documents) with defined business metrics such as adoption rate, activation rate (PQL), NPS, Time-to-first-use (TTFU), etc. (e.g. features include Zapier integration, WhatsApp BSP integration, Respond 3.0 and many more) • Set up new product processes and structures including product OKRs, product roadmap, product discovery and delivery cycles, CDP analytics, asynchronous stakeholder collaboration and multiple new languages implementation. • Enhanced existing core product processes including data analytics pipeline, Product Requirements Document (PRD), feedback management (Canny), internal stakeholder documentation and customer resources (Help Documentation and Business Academy).
