* Supervised redesign and development of the company’s Business Intelligence product, creating and following a road map for achieving an autonomous analyst system. * Oversaw team of five developers, an analyst and a UX/UI designer, including remote teams in India and the Ukraine. * Mentored juniors, helping them become solid, dependable developers. * Led the company’s efforts as part of Infomedia Consortium, assembled by Israel Innovation Authority (formerly the Office of the Chief Scientist) to narrow down and analyze open source information from social networks and general internet sources. Interfaced with researchers from the industry and academia. * Interfaced and led the company’s NLP project done by students from the Technion’s Computer Science program. * Developed a concept that matured into a project with a 7-figures budget, funded by a major Israeli research institute. * Another, related concept forms the basis for a grant proposal, submitted by the company in collaboration with researchers from the University of Haifa to the Israel Innovation Authority. The prospective grant represents another 7-figure budget.
