In addition to the wholly owned Mjosa Tanklinikk and a 50% stake in ArboLab AS (biotech & medical devices), I have a proven history of increasing revenue growth of from 2.2million NOK to 4.2million NOK within 2 years, a year on year revenue growth in the region of 90%. And to 9.8 million NOK in recent years. Furthermore, I've held record Net Profit gains in upwards of 48% with an ROI of around 38%. By creating a friendly and professional atmosphere, my team have managed to maintain recurring clients at a rate of approximately 87.5%, while we've also seen a CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) reduction of 22.3% between the 1st and 2nd years.

Since 2017, I have played a more silent role in the business. Previously was leading daily operations of Mjøsa Tannklinikk, I have successfully managed the productivity of an amazing staff; overseeing the day to day activities. The consistent implementation of time management, as well as the proper use of task delegation, have been paramount to our overall success. While relinquishing my primary control of daily operations to our Office Manager, I have the cooperation of my entire staff, ensuring that Mjøsa Tannklinikk continues its dedication to its patients and increased professional development.
