I have more than 20 years of experience in finance and advisory services. I serve on the Boards and Committees, consult a variety of companies and provide advisory solutions across a number of industries. I worked as a subject matter expert in strategic transactions such as IPO and M&A, management information systems implementations, Financial Reporting and Compliance with SEC and other Stock Exchange listing requirements, cross-functional team coordination and project management. Prior to joining the Transactions & Restructuring Group at KPMG New York, I worked in the Audit & Assurance Practice of KPMG Europe. I also teach in number of universities and business schools.
