An experienced CFO of Hong Kong listed technology company and qualified CPA, with nearly 20 years of track records in financial management, audit, M&A, IPO, debt / equity fund-raising and investor relations. Davin started his career in finance at Goldman Sachs and PwC and gradually advanced to managing listed companies. Covering mainly Asia Pacific markets, Davin speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese. Apart from routine financial management of listed companies, Davin has been managing a number of M&A and equity / debt fund-raising with a wide range of deal structures.
