Analyzed metrics to assess community growth and health and developed strategy to address any concerns identified in the data. Doubled number of Hyperledger meetup groups, grew number of meetup members to over 75,000 people and increased the number of events being organized. Provided resources and guidance to community members running projects, labs and groups to support their efforts. Collaborated with other staff to remove barriers to contribution from our community infrastructure and optimize the available contribution pathways. Used all of Hyperledger's channels (including social media, lists, websites and newsletters) to promote the activities and accomplishments of community members.

Scaled up the open source ONOS community and doubled the number of active member organizations. Helped launch and rapidly grow the community around the new CORD project. Created a strategy for how to rally and align community members around organizational goals through both online methods and through community events. Introduced numerous best practices and systems to help the ONF be able to leverage the increasing number of active community members. Managed the projects' web sites and used online channels to engage with community. The job was originally with the Open Networking Laboratory and that organization merged with the Open Networking Foundation in 2017.
