As the IT Open Banking Delivery Manager at TSB Bank, I was responsible for the successful delivery of the Open Banking API system for TPP usage, including Sandbox and Production systems. This involved supporting TSB's exemption process and maintaining a direct relationship with Tech OB. I also worked closely with all TPPs in the ecosystem to provide comprehensive support. Key responsibilities & Accomplishments: - Owned end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering the Bank's Open Banking Compliance Capability, spanning across technology, customer journeys, and FCA-regulated compliance. - Successfully delivered an Open Banking Fintech/TPP Framework. - Served as the bank's FCA Technical Contact for Open Banking. - Effectively managed the bank's Open Banking Production Team, overseeing the support of over 100 Fintech/TPP Open Banking user organisations and ensuring smooth operational performance. - Led the implementation of the bank's Open Banking target operating model, embedding Open Banking Digital channels within the bank's existing organisation to optimise operational efficiency.
