Since founding my consultancy in 2014, I’ve been helping a broad range of organisations and their leaders communicate effectively in order to reach their strategic goals and facilitate change. Some examples of mandates and projects I led: ▪️Plan, develop and manage communications across different stakeholder groups to facilitate the restructuring of a leading telecommunications provider. ▪️ Support a major insurance company in defining their corporate purpose and related communication strategy by designing and facilitating a series of workshops. ▪️ Advise a government technology startup on communication matters, from the launch of the first prototype to their acquisition by a renowned company. ▪️ Work with the leadership team of a large communication services company to develop a strategic messaging toolkit. ▪️ Help a technology startup redefine their vision, mission and values after the repositioning of the business. ▪️ Design and implement a series of online trainings for social media managers at a large financial institution to educate them on social media policy and the use of their engagement platform. ▪️ Serve as a communication advisor to an international compensation plan provider, supporting their spin-off and positioning as a new brand in the market. The world is changing at an ever-faster pace. This creates exciting new opportunities and, at the same time, causes uncertainty and often triggers fears. Whether we succeed in harnessing the former and easing the latter largely depends on how we communicate. Sometimes on a small scale, for example when it comes to dealing with a difficult situation in our everyday working life. Sometimes more comprehensively, like when we are faced with important decisions as entrepreneurs or leaders. As a coach, I support my coaching partners, reflect their thoughts and help to structure them in a targeted way. In my coaching conversations, I set impulses and trigger thought processes, which enable my coaching partners to successfully master challenges through their own efforts and by making use of their personal potential.
