- Proven success record as a CFO across different company sizes (start-ups to major multinationals); various ownership structures (public, private, and PE); multiple industries/sectors; and based in numerous global locations (US, Europe, ME/Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latam). - Direct experience across all dimensions and development stages of the Finance function (accounting, FP&A, treasury, strategy, corporate finance/M&A, and investor relations). Have also successfully led HR, Strategy, Business Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT functions. - Extensive global experience in private equity / venture capital as an investment partner, operating partner, and portfolio company Board Director, CFO, COO, and CEO. - Quantified success record of raising significant equity and debt financing including IPOs, secondaries, financing rounds (seed to Series G) and debt packages. Well-developed personal network of international investors. - Skilled in working with boards, advisors, investors, lenders, auditors, and national/state regulators. - Substantial experience as an advisor/consultant with a proven ability to work with both internal and external teams to quickly diagnose corrective actions and opportunity areas for improvement and immediate value add. - Demonstrated ability to expand and successfully operate internationally. Extensive global M&A experience including sourcing, due diligence, 100 day planning, post-merger integrations, and exits.
