As a Director of the Mobile Ad Group, I was responsible for successfully integrating the Mobile Ad Retargeting system acquired during the acquisition of ActionX. I oversaw the productionalization of key systems as part of the integration process, ensuring that the system was fully integrated into the Xaxis ecosystem. One of my key achievements was leading efforts to reduce maintenance costs by consolidating our technology stack and moving to a common tech stack on AWS. Through this effort, we were able to significantly streamline our operations and reduce costs. In addition, I led the effort to integrate data from the ActionX system into the Xaxis ML system, Copilot. This involved collaborating with teams across the organization, including data science and product management. Through these efforts, we were able to improve our targeting capabilities and deliver better results for our clients.
