Built the development organization from the ground up to deliver an innovative Strategic Finance SaaS application, driven by a bespoke Financial Analytics engine – progressed rapidly from a seed round to a $12MM Series A (General Catalyst led) funding within 6 months • Stood up the Development team to 15 members – Back End, Front End, DevOps, Security and QA departments. Instituted a modified Scrum/Kanban process that maximized quality and maintained velocity, and modified as the shape of the organization changed • Defined the technology framework and architecture, and helped the founders develop the product roadmap. Wrote the back-end engine for the Analytics middleware in ASP.NET Core • Stood up a best-in-class production environment to ensure stability, quality, and performance. This included DevOps pipelines and AWS ECS within an auto-scaled BeanStalk environment • Ensured best in class SaaS Security, assuring our customers that sensitive financial information was kept secure. Validated using 3rd party black-box and white-box audits

Selected domains of work include • HealthCare – Developed a Patient Management and Quality system for Genesis Healthcare – including a custom integration with their Allscripts Electronic Health Care (EHR) system • Location based Marketing Analytics – Defined and executed on Verve Mobile’s integration strategy to publishers such as Yext, resulting in an increase in new small business customers on the Verve platform. • Digital ordering and payment – Technology and Product consulting for the CTO office at GrubHub Inc., helping drive the company’s development efforts to integrate with restaurant POS systems resulting in a dramatic rise in managed location counts • Security – Developed a bespoke customer portal for managing compliance, data protection and intrusion detection for Tevora Inc.
