I am a HR Tech entrepreneur with a background in Strategic Marketing at Global B2C brands. I specialise in developing propositions that change consumer behaviour to adopt disruptive technology. My most recent venture, ClickIQ, was a programmatic SaaS technology platform that automates the optimisation of Enterprise job advertising in real time, and was sold to Indeed.com in July 2019, less than 3 years after founding it. Prior to ClickIQ I worked as a Senior Strategic marketer as VP of Marketing for Expedia and held global marketing roles at Coke, British Airways after completing Unilever's management program. I have extensive B2B and B2C marketing and broad commercial experience gained within travel; e-commerce, start-ups and leading blue chip FMCG organisations. I bring value through distilling complex businesses into their core proposition, and communicating it in its simplest form. With a strong track record of building and re-engineering global brands, developing high–level strategy and execution, and driving step-change through a diverse range of organisations. Through an entrepreneurial, results-orientated approach I have consistently delivered sustainable commercial growth and improved the capabilities of organisations.
