With over 20 years of experience in the trenches building social enterprises that deliver impact at scale, I have been fortunate to cross the billion dollar mark in social impact twice--first at TechSoup Global and then as head of Strategic Development at Kiva.org. Most recently I was Managing Director for the nonprofit arm of Samasource, Inc. My current focus is taking what I've learned to help social enterprises actualize their impact potential through organizational development, fundraising, strategy, program development, impact monitoring evaluation and learning, and business development. Mostly I enjoy tackling hard problems with smart passionate people at the intersection of impact and sustainable growth. I am also a Board Member, and Development Committee Chair of Saha Global.

In my role as SkyHive's first Head of Social Impact, I will be leading the charge to bring the incredible potential of SkyHive's technology to bear for the millions of under-skilled people around the world who will not be retrained by large enterprise employers. I look forward to working with my friends and colleagues across the social enterprise, NGO, Philanthropy, Government, Academic, and Corporate sectors meet this enormous challenge.
