Responsible for supervising and overseeing the strategy, planning and execution of the Company’s overall customer experience goals. Managing Awesome Teams of AML& KYC, Payments & Fraud, Customer Support, TechOps, App Admins, Language Services & Business Project Management. Responsible for creating, managing and executing the customer experience strategy, including the transformation from an operations-focused department to a customer-centric organization. Additionally, responsible for handling all global insurances for the group, covering areas from commercial general liability, D&O to cyber security and Tech (E&O). Responsible for all negotiations of tech contracts as well as those of partners for Chiliz Chain, mainly validators, on ramps, and wallets.

The Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France (French Foreign Trade Advisors or CCEs) voluntarily share their experience working for the development of France.
